چکیده

هدف: به دلیل افزایش فشارهای زیست‌محیطی، نوآوری سبز به یکی از ابزارهای استراتژیک مهم در جهت توسعه پایدار در صنایع تبدیل شده است. نوآوری می‌تواند باعث رشد توان رقابتی، افزایش بهره‌­وری و ثروت اقتصادی کشورها شود. هم‌چنین به کاهش ضایعات و آسیب‌های زیست‌محیطی زمین، ارایه محصولات و خدمات بهتر و با قیمت مناسب‌تر و ایجاد شغل مناسب برای افراد کمک کند.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر شیوه‌های نوآوری سبز بر توان رقابتی صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و بر مبنای روش از پژوهش‌های توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری موردنظر، کارکنان شرکت عارف دارو اصفهان می‌باشد. نمونه آماری این پژوهش 92 نفر از کارکنان این شرکت با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس برآورد شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که پیش از توزیع، روایی آن از طرق روایی محتوی و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده­ا از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، نوآوری سبز در طراحی بر توان رقابتی شرکت عارف دارو تاثیر دارد. بر این اساس و با توجه به فشارهای اجتماعی و نهادهای مردمی و هم‌چنین دولت‌ها، شرکت‌ها بایستی نوآوری سبز را در سازمان تقویت نمایند و بر آن تمرکز ویژه‌ای نمایند.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: با توجه به فشارهای اجتماعی و نهادهای مردمی و هم‌چنین دولت‌ها، شرکت‌ها بایستی نوآوری سبز را در سازمان تقویت نمایند و بر آن تمرکز ویژه‌ای نمایند و برای پیشرفت پایدار و کسب مزیت رقابتی بر سبز بودن به‌عنوان یک ویژگی موثر تمرکز نمایند. هدف این مطالعه پر کردن شکاف تحقیقاتی در مورد تاثیر نوآوری سبز و توان رقابتی در بازار در حال ظهور است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Due to increasing environmental pressures, green innovation has become one of the important strategic tools for sustainable development in industries. Innovation can improve the competitiveness, productivity, and economic wealth of countries. It also helps to reduce waste and environmental damage to the earth, provide better products and services at a more reasonable price, and create suitable jobs for people. Therefore, the current research has been conducted to investigate the effect of green innovation methods on competitive power.
Methodology: In terms of purpose, this research is applied based on the descriptive-survey research method. The statistical population consists of employees of Aref Daru Isfahan. The statistical sample of this research was estimated to be 92 employees of this company using the random sampling method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. Before distribution, content and Cronbach's alpha coefficient confirmed the validity and reliability. Structural equation modelling and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data.
Findings: Based on the results, green innovation in design affects Aref Daru's competitiveness. Based on this and according to social pressures and popular institutions and governments, companies should strengthen green innovation in the organization.
Originality/Value: According to social pressures and public institutions and governments, companies should strengthen green innovation in their organizations and focus on it, as well as being green as an effective feature for sustainable development and competitive advantage. In this regard, it is important to examine the different areas where green innovation can increase the competitiveness of organizations. This study aims to fill the research gap on the impact of green innovation and competitiveness in the emerging market.
