چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل فاکتورهای مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب و کار در سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار با رویکرد تحلیل عاملی و دیمتل فازی است. بدین منظور، ابتدا با مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان، متخصصان و تحلیلگران سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، 10 عامل کلیدی و بحرانی در موفقیت سیستم مدیریت فرآیند کسب و کار شناسایی و ده فرضیه مرتبط پیشنهاد شد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در خصوص بررسی و استخرج عوامل نهایی تأثیرگذار بر اجرای سیستم مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب و کار، نظرات کلیه کارکنان شرکت‌های کارگزاری زیرنظر سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار تهران به تعداد 400نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری، تصادفی ساده است و مطابق جدول دمورگان و فرمول ذکر شده اندازه نمونه برابر با 196 نفر می‌باشد که در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه طراحی‌شده در اختیار 250 نفر از مدیران، خبرگان و کارشناسان سازمان مذکور قرار گرفت تا دیدگاه‌ها و نظرات خود را در خصوص تأثیرگذاری این عوامل اعلام نمایند. خروجی این تحلیل، نشان داد که تمامی ده عامل در پیاده‌سازی سیستم مؤثر هستند. همچنین در رابطه با ارزیابی و تعیین شدت روابط میان عوامل کلیدی و نهایتاً اهمیت و رتبه آن‌ها (از نظر مجموع شدت تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری) از تکنیک دیمتل فازی و بکارگیری عقاید مدیران و متخصصان با حداقل مدرک کارشناسی و 15 سال سابقه کار در شرکت‌های کارگزاری سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار تهران به تعداد 80 نفر است که از نمونه 50 نفری از این جامعه برای ارزیابی عوامل استفاده شد. بر مبنای خروجی نهایی این تکنیک، عامل "فرهنگ سازمانی" در بالاترین اولویت و "کاهش ترس و نگرانی در سازمان" در پائین‌ترین اولویت از نظر تأثیرگذاری در پیاده‌سازی سیستم مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب و کار در سازمان بورس قرار گرفت.

Implementation the combined approach of path analysis and Fuzzy DEMATEL for the analysis of BPM factors

چکیده [English]

The main goal of the current research is to analyze the factors of business process management in the stock exchange organization with the approach of factor analysis and fuzzy DEMATEL. For this purpose, first by reviewing the literature and interviewing experts, specialists and analysts of the Tehran Stock Exchange Organization, 10 key and critical factors in the success of the business process management system were identified and ten related hypotheses were proposed. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research regarding the examination and extraction of the final factors affecting the implementation of the BPM system, the opinions of all the employees of the brokerage companies under the supervision of the Tehran Stock Exchange Organization, is approximately 400 people. The sampling method is simple random sampling and according to the table of demographics and the mentioned formula, the sample size is approximately equal to 196 people. Declare the effects of these factors. The output of this analysis showed that all ten factors are effective in implementing the system. Also, in relation to evaluating and determining the intensity of relationships between key factors and finally their importance and ranking (in terms of the total intensity of influence and effectiveness) from the Fuzzy DEMATEL technique and using the opinions of managers and experts with at least a bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience in the organization's brokerage companies Tehran Stock Exchange has approximately 80 people, and a sample of 50 people from this society was used to evaluate the factors. Based on the final output of this technique, the factor "organizational culture" was placed in the highest priority and "reducing fear and worry in the organization" in the lowest priority in terms of influence in the implementation of the business process management system in the stock exchange organization.
